If you don't know how to turn off VPN on your iPhone or iPad or if you don't manage to disable VPN because the switch is toggling back on, just follow the steps below.
Turn Off VPN
- Go to Settings.
- If you see the VPN option, try to turn off the VPN by tapping on the on/off switch.
If you don't see the VPN option, follow the steps below.
Another way to turn off VPN
- Go to General > VPN.
- Tap the Status on/off switch.
If VPN turns off but then the switch is toggling back on, then you should turn off Connect On Demand first. Follow the steps below to do this.
Turn off Connect On Demand
- While in General > VPN, tap on the (i) icon at the right of the VPN connection.
- Tap the Connect On Demand on/off switch to disable it.
Now the VPN should be disabled and it will enable only when you'll tap the on/off switch next time.
